By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the HarSamAI mobile application or the harsamai.com website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or website.

HarSamAI is operated by GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

The HarSamAI mobile app provides AI-powered features including chat, multimodal generation, image generation, audio generation, video generation, voice interactions, live or real-time AI features, chat history, account access, and token or credit-based usage.

The HarSamAI website provides product information, feature descriptions, pricing information, account login, billing overview, wallet balance, and top-up checkout. The website may not provide the full AI chat or generation experience available in the mobile app.

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including purchases, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, and usage of credits or tokens.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age required by applicable law, you may use HarSamAI only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

HarSamAI uses AI systems to generate text, images, audio, video, summaries, recommendations, and other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using or relying on it. HarSamAI is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.

You may submit prompts, files, messages, text, images, audio, video, and other materials. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

You grant GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED a limited right to process, store, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide HarSamAI, operate chat history, generate outputs, process files, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law.

You must not use HarSamAI to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

You must not bypass payment systems, usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or overload systems; impersonate others; or use the app or website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

HarSamAI may offer paid plans, wallet credits, quota tokens, top-ups, subscriptions, add-ons, or custom usage packages. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay, Apple, Google, banks, card networks, or other payment processors.

Tokens and credits are digital usage units only. They are not money, are not transferable, and have no cash value unless required by law.

Usage rates may vary by AI model, feature, generation type, file size, provider cost, currency, taxes, or server configuration.

All purchases, top-ups, subscriptions, tokens, credits, and digital usage packages are strictly non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or mandatory app store policy.

Consumed tokens, generated outputs, completed digital services, and successful top-ups are not refundable. If a payment succeeds but credits are not reflected due to a technical issue, the balance may be corrected after verification.

Prices may be shown in USD, INR, or other supported currencies. Conversion rates, taxes, GST, platform fees, and payment gateway charges may apply.

GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED may change pricing, token rates, packages, included quota, supported payment methods, or feature availability at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

HarSamAI may use third-party services for AI models, cloud storage, hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, security, voice or video infrastructure, and other functions.

GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, model behavior, payment failures, platform restrictions, or service limitations outside its control.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of HarSamAI at any time, including features, models, pricing, quotas, tokens, supported files, storage behavior, website content, or payment methods.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

Use of HarSamAI is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Information submitted through the app, website, login, billing, checkout, account pages, or AI features may be processed to provide the services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts and data, but no system is completely secure. You should not upload highly sensitive information unless you understand and accept the risks of AI and cloud-based processing.

The HarSamAI name, logo, app, website, design, software, workflows, text, graphics, and related materials belong to GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or misuse HarSamAI intellectual property without permission. Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use AI outputs you generate, but you are responsible for ensuring such outputs are lawful, non-infringing, and suitable for your intended use.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, remove content, refuse service, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, misused HarSamAI, failed payment checks, created risk for others, or used the service unlawfully.

HarSamAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENXYZ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of HarSamAI, AI outputs, service downtime, payment issues, incorrect information, third-party providers, or user misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ballari, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of HarSamAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
